Wrong size which I returned. Now have not heard anything for several weeks. And can’t seem to message the seller because the website keeps telling me I have to confirm my account in an email but I don’t have an email that states this. For now I’m out $80.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I had messaged Jacob to see if I could possibly get the correct size, they said it was no problem and immediately got my order out! The ring is beautiful and such good quality, haven’t seen any scratches while using it at work, I totally recommend!

Returned for a larger width. The 2mm was way too thin in width so we upgraded to an 8mm. I will say the return shipping cost me $15 via USPS & that is not covered by seller, but I knew that going into it so no fault to the seller. Just be advised that this is not Amazon lol. Seller was fast to respond & easy to work with.
